1.  Poke 5 holes with a pencil at the bottom of one of the cups​. Put the cup with holes into the other cup.

 2.  Paint the outer cup with a base color. You may need to paint more layers once it dries. Let your cup dry.

3.  Decorate your cup with more paint or decorators and let dry if needed.

4.  Fill the inner cup with soil and plant your plant.
